About The Opportunity

As the Python Developer, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, you will own and be responsible for the development and maintenance of Micromine’s Licensing System.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• 
  Interpreting functional requirements into software design.
• Maintaining and supporting online / cloud-hosted solutions.
• Writing quality and maintainable coding.
• Building unit, integration, and regression tests.
• Documenting implementation and deployment details.

About You

You will have a background in commercial software development, including web application development experience. This role will appeal to someone who has a few years of experience and feels comfortable being self-sufficient.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Development experience in Django using Python.
• Proficient with Docker.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Bonus (Not Essential): Experience with React
• Bonus (Not Essential): Exposure to ASP.NET Framework and ASP.NET Core.
